1. General information only

The content of this website — including product descriptions, specifications, options and photography — is provided for general information only. It describes representative configurations of custom-built equipment; your unit is defined by the drawing and written quote prepared for your site, which govern if there is any difference.

2. Quotes are estimates

Prices, quotes and estimates shared through this website, by email or in preliminary discussion are estimates only. They become binding solely when set out in a written agreement signed by both you and 51 Cooler (51 Construction). Site conditions discovered at measurement or installation may change a preliminary estimate; any such change will be confirmed with you in writing before work proceeds.

3. No warranties on website content

We work to keep this website accurate and current, but we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy or availability of its content, and we may change products, specifications and services without notice. Equipment warranties provided with a purchase are those stated in your signed agreement and recorded on your account.

4. Customer accounts

A customer account shows the products, rentals and invoices our team has recorded against your email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. “Buy it again” and “Request service” actions send an inquiry to our team — they do not create an order, a booking or a charge. This website never takes payment online. If a record on your account looks wrong, contact us and we will correct it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, 51 Cooler and 51 Construction are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and photography on this website belong to 51 Construction or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Drawings prepared for a quote remain our property until a purchase agreement is signed.

7. Third-party links

This website links to third-party sites and services (including social media and mapping services). We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Governing law
