A walk-in cooler is a small building: structure, insulation, vapour sealing, doors, and a machine that has to run every hour of every day. Because 51 Cooler sits inside a construction group, we approach it that way — measured properly, drawn properly, and installed by people who build for a living.
We design and install custom walk-in coolers, freezers, combos and glass-door units for restaurants, grocery, food processing, hospitality and healthcare — and we rent monitored cold-storage space at our Scarborough warehouse for businesses that need the cold without the capital.
