- Account information: your name, email address and password (held securely by our authentication provider), or basic profile details if you sign in with Google.
- Customer records: the products you have bought or rented from us — model, serial number, dates, warranty coverage and invoices — which we record against your email address so they appear in your account.
- Inquiries: anything you send us through the quote, contact, buy-again or service-request forms, including your email address and phone number.
- Rental monitoring: if you rent cold-storage space, temperature and humidity readings and facility camera views associated with your storage, provided to you through the Mr. Cooler app.
- Usage data: anonymous, aggregate analytics about how visitors use this website (for example, which pages are popular), when analytics are enabled.
How we use it
- To design, quote, build, install and service your equipment.
- To show your products, warranties and invoices in your account.
- To operate cold-storage rentals, including monitoring and alerts.
- To reply to your messages and provide customer support.
- To improve the website and our services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the site (authentication, email delivery, analytics), and only as much as they need to do their job.

The site uses cookies that are necessary for sign-in to work, and — when enabled — analytics cookies that help us understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; signed-in features may not work without the essential ones.
Your choices
